You can choose from high-capacity, compact modular designed patented corona-discharge generators by Primozone (GM Series), or compact lower output corona-discharge units or UV models, with portable units on offer, to match your output needs. We integrate the ozone injectors into existing ductwork or ceilings and link the operation of the ozone unit with the customers air handling or extraction systems. Recirculation fans can be employed into the treatment room and linked to the ozone unit to ensure uniform ozone distribution throughout the treatment room.

Continuous ozone monitoring, conducted via fixed ozone sensors, ensures treatment zones reach the required ozone target level for disinfection and on completion ensures the ozone levels are below the Occupational Exposure limits to permit safe re-entry of operators into the room. Automated interlocks shut down generators if thresholds are exceeded and prevent re-entry into the room if the ozone levels are not at the safe level. This ensures safe operation and regulatory adherence. Excess ozone post treatment is extracted out and routed through catalytic or carbon destruct units making it possible to speed up the degradation time. All ozone units are CE approved and are supported under the Biocidal Product Regulation. We are SAFE contractor approved and a member of the European Ozone trading Association
